Shipping Policy

We deliver pet beds to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or international destinations. Use a physical street address for large beds.

Processing and transit are separate.

Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. After dispatch, standard transit takes 2–7 days. Processing time is additional and is not included in the transit estimate.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holiday volume, carrier interruptions and address corrections can affect arrival. For an order containing several beds, items may arrive separately. You do not pay an additional shipping fee for a split delivery.

Simple shipping charges.

• Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders below $59: $6.99 standard shipping.

The threshold is measured before tax. Any applicable sales tax is separate. The available method and total are displayed at checkout before you submit an order.

Dispatch and tracking.

When your order is dispatched, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to show the carrier’s first scan. Check your street address, apartment or suite number, state and ZIP code carefully before submitting.

If something changes.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. We will request your consent to any further delay when required. If tracking stops, a parcel is missing, or a bed arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

Address changes or cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. Once a parcel is dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it. You are not responsible for an error made by us.
