These terms apply to your use of brightbuddybeds.com and purchases from Bright Buddy Beds, operated by BrightBuddies Toys LLC. Please also review our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Who our store serves.
Our store is intended for adults shopping for everyday cat and dog resting beds. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 United States.
Product information and use.
We describe beds using available measurements and materials. Dimensions may be approximate and screen colors may differ from the physical product. Compare the listed size with your pet and your intended floor space before purchase. Unless explicitly stated, dimensions are external and include any raised sides.
Our beds are non-electric resting products. They are not medical devices, restraints, chew toys or safety equipment. Use them on a stable, suitable surface, supervise your pet as appropriate and stop use if a bed or frame becomes damaged. Do not allow a pet to chew or swallow fabric, filling or frame parts.
Prices and orders.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable tax and shipping, when charged, are shown before order submission. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; we may contact you if an item is unavailable, a listing contains a clear error or an order cannot be accepted. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange a refund.
We do not use false reference prices or guarantee that a listed price will remain unchanged. Price changes do not alter an already accepted order. We will not substitute a materially different bed or change an accepted price without your agreement.
Delivery, changes and returns.
Processing and transit estimates are separate and explained in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly for an address change or cancellation. Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery under the conditions in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights regarding defective goods, incorrect items or transit damage.
Accounts and acceptable use.
Keep your login details private and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or interfere with another visitor’s use. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.
Website content and responsibility.
Our brand, original writing and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not copy its content for commercial use without permission. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions and disputes.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by applicable Maryland and US law, without removing any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Future updates will be published here; terms applicable when an order is accepted govern that order.
